Cinnamon Leaf – Cinnamomum zeylanicum – Sri Lanka – steam ext. - leaves
Same as for Cinnamon Bark, except the leaf is a lot milder and safer. Can be used on skin, with a suitable carrier oil, as per normal. Not suitable when pregnant.
